the reminder: a
phone reminder, email reminder or both. If the
patient chooses to have a phone reminder, he/she
can decide on how many days before the
appointment he/she wants to receive a reminder
and at what time. The patient can decide if he
wants the possibility to easily cancel his
appointment and/or promptly make another
appointment when receiving the reminder, etc.

observe all self-appointments made with the help
of WSA, OSA and TSA. It also allows them to make
appointments for patients who still prefer to
make their appointments in a traditional way -
by addressing the office staff.
