We provide the following services to our customers:

1. Help in buying a domain name (website address name) of your choice. Current price for a domain name is $6-$8 a year depending on the extension  (.com, .net, .org, .us, etc.) you choose.

2. Help in selecting a host where your website will be located. This host site must satisfy certain requirements for hardware and software. We can install your website on the selected host. Current price for a reliable host space is from $4 a month depending on the type of the site you have chosen. We charge one time  $50 price for our help in choosing and buying an appropriate host space for your website. We are not charging for the first time installation of our developed website into the host space. You can also buy our own hosting for a moderate price if you buy the Service from us. Our moderate prices for Services of the individual products are shown in the MFW Price List (see below.).

3. Support for your website and other our products normal functioning. This service is free for the first month after installation. After the first month, a Service Agreement is available. In accordance with this Agreement, our support including restoring your website and making changes in the text of existing regular pages of your website will cost you $150 a year. Replacing an existing text page or a text box with a new one or installing an additional text page or text box on your website will cost you correspondingly $30 for a page or box instead of $50 for those who have not bought the Service Agreement. The minimum price for changing a Form or adding a new Form will be correspondingly $60 or $80 for a Form instead of $100 or $150 for a Form for those who have not bought the Service Agreement. The minimum price for changing a Form to Be Sent to the Database or adding a new form of this kind will be correspondingly $125 or $175 for a Form instead of $150 or $200 for those who have not bought a Service Agreement. Adding a new functional button in MAM, WSA, TSA, OSA will cost you $100 instead of $200 for those who have not bought the Service Agreement. Prices for more radical  changes in MAM, WSA, TSA, OSA and the whole complex project will depend on the types of changes requested. The Service Agreement does not cover such changes.

 Yearly Service includes:

- Maintenance of the MFW Software Product,

- MFW Updates for the Product.

MFW customer that has bought several Products pays not more than $800 a year for the Service of  all installed products.

It is not obligatory to buy the Service with a product.

 

In any case, we will retain a copy of  your website and other our developed products on our computers to be able to restore or repair your website and products if something should happen to them.
